We read every email. No chatbot middle-layer, no support tickets. If you have a question, a complaint, a recommendation that went wrong, or a press inquiry, one of these addresses reaches a human.

General inquiries

Questions about the product, feedback on a recommendation, or general "I tried this and want to tell you about it" emails. We aim to respond within a week.

Partnerships

Brand partnerships that respect our independence rules: we don't accept sponsorships, paid placements, or featured-position fees. If you're a retailer, affiliate network, or content collaborator with a model that fits, email us.

Press

Press inquiries, interview requests, fact-checks, and quotes. We aim to respond promptly.

Safety & privacy

Adverse reactions to anything we recommended, data-rights requests under GDPR / CCPA / PIPEDA / LGPD and others, photo deletion, account deletion, or consent revocation. Response within 30 days or sooner as required by law.

If a product hurt you

If you experienced an adverse reaction to anything we recommended — rash, burning, swelling, allergic reaction, anything — please email safety@evenskin.ai with details. We take this seriously. We will help you document the reaction for the manufacturer, review our recommendation logic, and may update our system prompts to prevent similar recommendations.

If you are having a medical emergency, call your local emergency services. If you are in the U.S., you may also want to report serious cosmetic reactions to the FDA MedWatch program.

What we won't respond to

Brand pitches for sponsored content, paid placement, or "featured position" opportunities. We don't do those, and one of our principles is that no brand has ever paid us for placement. Please don't be the first to ask.
